Full Bloom is a fabric collection from Island Batiks and a pattern by Fourth and Sixth Designs.  Due to its popularity, the program  is being released again.  The first release was not available in Canada. This time, although their new Canadian distributors declined to bring in the program, I managed to get permission to deal directly with Island Batiks.
